Just back from seeing my counsellor on what was quite a disappointing weigh in result! I only lost 3lb this week, that equates to exactly a stone lost in the last 3 weeks. Putting it that way 3 weeks for a stone is still bloody good but it is a bit of a disappointment when used to losing a stone in 2 weeks!!
Could it be my jelly I have been eating? could it be a general slowing down? or could it be the lack of water this week? Being on holiday has meant that I have struggled a bit with the water drinking, not through not being able to drink but more like too busy to notice I have not drunk for the last few hours!!
Lets hope next weeks weigh in is a big improvement!

Wednesday Week 18
This may be a short post, the new season of Big Brother is due to start imminently and I will have to go and watch it as soon as it starts!!
Today has been a day of mental torture.... We have been for a day trip to France, we left home at 0545 and have just got back (about 8 ish). The best news is my 5yr old was not travel sick, best part of 2 hours each way to Dover in the car and believe me that is a miracle. At the weekend we only went as far as the town centre (2.5 miles) and he was green around the gills and needed to hold a sick bowl, so today we packed him full of pills, ginger biscuits and pressure point bands and no sickness, he even felt fine on the boat.
So on to my mental torture.. well what does a day trip to France normally consist of, well probably some cooked breakfast on the ferry, then on to purchasing copious amounts of beer and wine and.... Milka chocolate bars, Toblerones, french bread, croissants including pain au chocolate, fine cheeses, strawberry tarts and not forgetting to stop for a lunch of 100's of moules with frittes (mussells and chips) ahh the good old days!!
Today we went really so my little one could experience the ferry, he wanted to go on a boat so we took him for a day out. We purchased just 4 cases of beer that my eldest is likely to consume prior to me finishing CD, 6 bottles of wine that mother in law had ordered, 6 pain au chocolate (2 each for 3 kids) and 3 Milka chocolate bars (1 each for 3 kids) are you getting the picture here??? ..... I have nothing to show for my visit!!! the smells from the bakery, the fresh produce, 100's of cheeses I left them all in the shop but just could not resist the temptation to walk around the hypermaket and shops admiring all those goodies... hence mental torture!!
We even sat and ate CD bars at the restaurant where the kids were consuming lunch! So all in all a great day was had, only done about 3 pints of water though!!
ooops its now 2058 , 2 mins until BB, Bye....

Monday Week 18
Well I have had my Birthday (now I am 34!!) and it was an ok type of day, the weather did not help. We were stuck indoors for most of it with very heavy rain and generally yuck and cold! I would have loved to have gone to one of the events happening locally that probably ended up being a washout.
I got something for my Birthday that is only of any use to me since losing so much weight.... I was given a flying lesson!!! I asked my wife if she had taken out life insurance in my name at the same time but she assures me that was not her motive, Do they provide parachutes??? The maximum weight for doing this activity is 18 stone, however I will probably wait until the summer when hopefully I will be under 16 stone and fit comfortably into the planes seat
What else did I have.... cufflinks, some money, some cinema vouchers, membership to a photography club & some aftershave, so all in all I did pretty well. Thanks to all my family for their kind thoughts. I went out and spent the money by putting it towards a DAB Radio / CD /MP3 bedside alarm... Its cool!!
The cufflinks came in a triangular box just like Toblerone, Well all my family know that Toblerone is my favourite chocolate and there is not usually a Birthday or Christmas that passes without me getting at least one as a present. Well my daughter obviously knows I am on a diet, what is she doing buying me a toblerone I thought?? Well I smiled when I opened it to reveal a nice pair of cufflinks.
The day was strange in that I could not eat, I know I have not eaten now for 17 weeks but I would have definitely been out to a restaurant for a nice meal. Instead I survived on clear orange jelly and tomato soup!!
I have today lived on flavoured water (made much weaker than the instructions on the tub) and a choc-mint shake made into blamanche with mix a mousse along with tomato soup and a peanut bar.
I went to see my parents who have arrived back from Canada (I managed to keep the plants alive!!) I have not seen them for 2 weeks and they were amazed at how my wife and I looked, which is great
I have priced up the wood for making a gazebo over my hot tub (at my wife's request) and unfortunately it costs just a quarter of the price of the kit at the shop, guess that means I will be getting the job!!

Saturday week 17
Well in true Bank Holiday style the rain has arrived, I managed to do some bits in the garden this morning then it turned miserable. We went to blockbuster to get a couple of DVD's to pass the time if this is going to be it for the weekend!!
We have also done the food shopping today, I still don't have a problem with this, in fact I enjoy it. Tesco had decided to move a load of things which scuppered my usual plan of head down with the trolley on auto pilot only stopping at the healthy options, well today I had to endure looking at the nice goodies like Pizza Express pizzas and I was only looking for lean cooked ham, honest!! you will be please to know I did not buy any, the most unhealthy item bought was probably a box of "decorate your own" gingerbread men, not for my consumption I hasten to add!!
My wife has decided that she would like some form of roof over the top of our hot tub, I have therefore spent a couple of hours this afternoon looking at designs of wooden gazebos with roofs. I may have already mentioned that I have a week off next week, looks like I have my work cut out now!! That's on top of painting the sheds with treatment if the cloud breaks for a few hours and so the list goes on.... I do need to keep busy though, just to stop me getting too bored and risk the feeling of hunger creeping in.
I treated myself to a choc mint shake today with mix a mousse which tuned it into something resembling a blamanche, maybe I put too much of the mix a mousse in to the bowl, its supposed to be like angel delight!! anyway it tasted good and actually gave quite a filling feeling.
Its my Birthday tomorrow and my little one is so excited for me, he keeps asking if we are going to have a tea party with balloons and tea party food!! and things like jelly and iced rings he said, well I can manage to have some clear berry flavoured jelly but he is too young to understand that I just cant eat anything else. I will buy a few bits to make some party food just for him and he will be chuffed to bits
I will hopefully be back on Monday to post some more, If it keeps raining and I get bored I may be back sooner......

Thursday Week 17 weigh in
**** Week 17 Weigh in result ****
I have just got back from having my weigh in and despite eating jelly made with mix a mousse and water flavourings I have lost another 7lb this week. This takes me down to 17 stone 3lb, this week was the end of my Birthday challenge when I had wanted to get to down to 18 stone!!
I am very happy with myself and feel very proud!!
My wife only lost 2lb again this week and she is therefore a little unhappy this evening, this takes her total loss to 5 stone, which is great, however at 2lb a week she is despondent!! However we did purchase some of the CD product for constipation, called fibre 89 a week on this and she should see a big improvement in next weeks result!
I have today purchased some more mix a mousse and some orange water flavouring. I am so impressed with the jelly we have been making I just had to give orange flavour a go too.
Only one more day at work then I am on holiday for the week, however in typical Bank holiday style the weather is due to change for the worse. we have no real plans just a week off from work whilst the kids are on half term. I daren't go away on holiday whilst sole sourcing it would drive me nuts!!
Health wise I still feel on top of the world, full of energy and really happy. I have regularly all week drunk 8 - 10 pints of water each day. I am off now for my last meal of the day a tomato soup!!
I Will be back to post on Saturday, 1 day before my birthday, lots of presents and cards please!!!

Wednesday Week 17
Time has just flown for the last few days and I have had not had chance to blog, I had planned to write last night and then again on Thursday after my weigh in, well those plans went out the window when my day at work which had started at 0700 did not end until 0100 this morning yes an 18 hour shift right through without a break!!! fortunately my wife came out to where I was working with a big bottle of water and a bar, I still only ended up having 2 of my meals for the whole day though!! The good thing is I did not feel hungry, just really thirsty until my reserves arrived.
I had to explain my diet to several people whilst at this incident yesterday, I was controlling an incident with several people that I have never met or not seen in a long time. As the day drew into the evening and it became clear that we had a long night ahead of us I dispatched a guy to buy sausages and chips x 15, I passed them around all the staff and then had to explain why after buying them all dinner was I not eating any? Well they were all well impressed with my determination an willpower. Feeling tired now though, its catching up on me, I was back in work by 0700 today however I came home at a more sensible 1530hrs! I sat in the sun and drank a tomato soup followed by a cranberry bar, now that's more like it!
I will be back tomorrow with an update after visiting my CDC for weigh in!!

Sunday Week 16
Another week bites the dust!! I feel absolutely fine and really motivated to carry onwards to my goal.
We have been out today to the Chinese state Circus and the smells from the food were lovely, Candy floss ,popcorn, hot dogs all wafting around the big top smelt lovely (the Chinese State Circus was very impressive, well worth a visit if it comes to your town)
I am about to indulge in 1/4 of a pint of jelly which leaves me another 1/4 for tomorrow (my wife had the other half) I have also tried putting chocolate Tetra into black coffee, this made a nice tasting mocha coffee which I would have again but not on a regular basis.
That's it jelly all gone in the time it has taken to type this!! I deserved it, I have just cooked a roast beef dinner for the 3 kids and I would have loved a plateful of it. (just temptation not feeling hungry)
When I went out today I wore a new shirt that I bought 2 weeks ago (did not fit then!), It's a normal XL from Sainsburys, wow XL from a run of the mill shop, its a linen type brown casual shirt that only cost £12. I could not believe the price, triple that and you might get somewhere near to the price I would have had to pay for a 5Xl mail order shirt, and even then the choice will have been limited, but now the world is my oyster. Its coming up to my birthday next weekend however my wife is reluctant to buy me any nice clothes as we don't yet know what size I am destined to end up at.
The sun has been out today and this makes me feel good, I sat outside earlier and drank my soup and ate a peanut bar, it was lovely to sit soaking up the rays, then reality hit home the oven timer was beeping and back to the grindstone .

Saturday Week 16
Well at least the rain has stopped, we have had 2 days of blustery bright and warm weather. This makes me feel like going out on my bike again! Fair weather leisurely riders here. We did manage a very short bike ride today to do the watering for fear of the plants dying at my parents if I did not do it!
Today has been fairly leisurely all day really, I dropped my wife off for her interview which was apparently a grueling one, just as well she had done plenty of prep beforehand. I then went to do the weeks grocery shop and she arrived home just after I had put all the shopping away!!
I then cooked the kids nice fresh 1/4lb butchers burgers on our health grill (similar to a George Foreman but loads better at cooking) the smell was lovely though the amount of fat that runs out of them is worrying!
Yesterday my wife and I ate the clear jelly I had made and we were most impressed, so much so another is setting in the fridge for the next day or 2. The whole 1 pint jelly has a total of 52 calories which I hope is not going to be a problem at next weeks weigh in! We are allowed all the ingredients in moderation, so I figure an extra 26 calories (half a jelly) every other day or so will not be too much of a problem. I also have fallen in love with the water flavourings, I have had about 3 pints of my water today made with the summer berry flavouring and its lovely!! I could not have it all the time but the odd drink is nice. Again I will moderate the amount I consume (approx 12 calories per litre) It has even helped me to drink more water today I am up to 11 pints so far (approx 5.5 litres). I have one of my meals left to consume and will probably have a tomato soup followed by a nice soak in the hot tub.

Thursday Week 16 Weigh day
Been to get weighed tonight, Both my wife & I lost 4lb each this week. Could this be the start of the decline in my weight loss?? 4lb, I suppose it's not bad considering I did 8 last week.
I have based my estimated end date on 3 weeks to lose a stone, This takes me up to mid September though deep down I would love to exceed that target by quite a few weeks!!
I did exceed my birthday challenge, I set myself a goal of reaching 18 Stone by my birthday at the end of May, well with 1 1/2 weeks to go I am already 4lb below that target!! Yippee
At my counsellors tonight it was fairly busy with people, not helped by my wife and I standing around nattering, anyway I bumped into Clare (who I mentioned last night) and she brought with her to the counsellors a frothy milkshake mixer, so the whole group of us watched whilst she demonstrated frothing a butterscotch CD shake, Well this thing sure did aerate the mixture, doubling the normal volume you would expect with a hand blender. Everyone then sampled the shake which was very much lighter and fluffy, well worth a go!!
I purchased some Mix a Mousse tonight and some water flavouring, I have not had any of these before but having read an article on Minimins forum decided I fancied making some jelly!! its just water, mix a mousse (which is a powdered gelatine) and powdered water flavouring. My first attempt ended up with a chewing gum type texture wrapped around the stick blender. So I chucked it all in the food processor with another scoop of the mix a mousse and have now got something in the fridge that represents jelly at the bottom with a thick layer of set froth on the top! I will let you know what it tastes like, in theory it should be berry fruit flavour jelly!! and its allowed in addition to my normal CD meals!!
A quick hi to my parents, if they manage to catch up on my blog at an internet cafe or similar whilst touring the Canadian Rockies!! ( I didn't do the watering tonight, its been peeing down for the last 2 days!!) lucky buggers! They might try to see tonights post knowing its weigh day.

Wednesday Week 16
Another miserable wet day today, I am missing going out on my push bike, The kids want me to open up our swimming pool for the season however I am reluctant to start heating it with this sort of weather, they will have to wait! Once open I intend swimming lengths as often as I can. It is only 28ft long but I can keep turning and hope to get some exercise that way.
I bumped into our cleaner at work yesterday for the first time in many weeks (I start work early and finish early so normally miss the cleaner) She gave me a second take when I said hello to her. She said "i really did not recognise you" "your face has even changed so much" "wow" & "well done" she then went on to talk about the articles that you see in the women's magazines with "I went from this size to this without surgery" and she said she treated these stories with some pessimism, yeah sure the pictures have been doctored etc. She said she thinks that I am living proof that huge weight loss can be achieved, she was truly gobsmacked.
I had an email from my friend yesterday who has been doing CD for 1 week, she has decided not to continue with the programme, I have tried to give her plenty of encouragement but alas she has her reasons to not continue. this diet does have tremendous results but does also need a great deal of willpower to get through any tough times.
I have my sixteenth week weigh in tomorrow night and will be back to post my update, I am still feeling on top of the world (not surprised having lost 16" off my waist in just 15 weeks!!!), I have had 10 pints of water today and all my "meals". Cant wait for tomorrows result...
Hi to Clare, Thank you for your email, I look forward to hearing how you progress. Clare called me an inspiration, which really made my day!!
If anyone wants to chat feel free to email me using the link on the right of my blog

Monday Week 16
Starting today the sixteenth week of abstinence, no food has passed my mouth for the last 15 weeks except my daily packet powder meals and a "Cambridge bar". However it has been sooo worth it, I feel on top of the world. I have drunk 10 pints (about 5 litres) of water today and had all my meals so that's it just a fizzy water between now and bed!
Over the weekend I sorted out a load of my too big clothes, which now far out way the number I have left to shrink into. I have put more bin bags full of oversize clothing into the loft. I have said before I cannot bear to throw them out, they were too expensive!! I do not have any intention of needing them again though!
When sorting the clothes I put on one of my suits that I was wearing last at Christmas just before commencing my diet. Well if you could have seen it!! in true diet style tradition I was able to stand with both my legs in one of the trouser legs. It was ginormous, It shocked me just how big it was and to think I was only wearing it early January this year! I refrained from taking any photos of me in the big suit, I will save that occasion until the end of my journey. I have kept the suit in my wardrobe as a reminder, all other big clothes have now gone out of sight!
My wife also has a similar problem, she has an interview on Friday and is half way between sizes at the moment, too tight or looking like a tent!! (Its just an excuse to go and buy a different outfit I think!)
I am now starting to get comments of disbelief at the amount I still wish to lose (6 stone) "don't go too thin" "you don't need to lose that much" " you are fine now" I just chuckle when people say it, If they saw my belly they would not be saying it!! Roll on the next few months and to a slimmer me at the end of summer!

Saturday Week 15
Had a leisurely start to the day today, got up at about 0930 had a hair cut, and helped my little one decorate egg shells to look like frogs and cows!!
I worked 2 eight hour shifts yesterday with only 1 hour between the 2 jobs hence my laid back morning. On my second job yesterday which is a casual job managing events at a multi-purpose sports hall / theatre I met many people I have not seen in several months, the comments were amazing. Peoples jaws dropped in amazement in how different I looked. Once their comments were over it was down to the serious work which for last night was hosting a sixth formers May ball. Many of them over 18 and allowed to drink!! well I had 1 arrested, 1 carted off in an ambulance and several very green faces facing into buckets!! it was a good night though and not a kebab or takeaway in sight on my way home at 2am (I would normally have found something to eat at that time!!)
Off now to stock up on provisions for the kids healthy menu for the week ahead
I have added a new link on the right for a new blog, this lady (who I know personally) has a long journey ahead of her like myself, equally like myself I know she has the determination to succeed at this diet. Give her blog a visit and give her plenty of motivation. www.onemoretime-onemoretime.blogspot.com

Thursday week 15 Weigh Day
Wow I have just lost another 8lb this week, a whole 8 pounds in 8 days (went for my weigh in 1 day early last week), I am so happy.
I have now achieved my goal that I set for my Birthday, yet it is not my Birthday for another 2 1/2 weeks. how good is that!!
18 stone was a bit of a milestone for me its a figure I have in my head of which you are somewhat normal if you are male and below 18 stone.
You may notice if you are very observant that I have now updated my target weight to 12 stone rather than 11, when I started I had a goal in my head of 12 stone but intended to go below to allow for stabilisation. I now know that during the maintenance / stabilisation stage you continue to lose some weight. It is likely that I will stop sole source (just meal replacements) at about 12 1/2 stone then lose the remainder during my final stages. Hopefully ending up at 12 stone and intending to stick there! My CDC said she would happily support me in my wish to be this weight after I explained to her that I no longer want to be classed as "overweight" you know what I mean, you go to the doctors with your arm falling off and they blame the fact you are either overweight or smoke (I don't smoke so weight always got the blame whatever the ailment!!) So to me a real goal is to be within the healthy weight range, which for my height goes to a maximum of 12 stone 10lb (based on the Cambridge Dieters web page calculator)
I am now over half way through my journey, I would have been just over before I adjusted the target so with a stone taken off I am well past the half way mark!! yippee
My wife only lost 2lb this week and she is therefore a little down, It is ladies time again so I think she will do well next week. She is now just 4lb away from her half way mark!! (hopefully we will therefore Finnish at nearly the same time)

Tuesday Week 15 **** 100 Days completed ****
Yes today marks a milestone in my journey to be slim, Today is my 100th day on this diet and I am still looking forward to the next 100
I have drunk plenty of water today (8 pints +) and its only 4.30pm I am convinced this is the secret to my success, I am losing my weight faster now than when I done Lighterlife 5 or 6 years ago.
One of my work colleagues commented on how she could notice a difference in how I looked today, I last saw her on Wednesday last week!!
A lady that I know is tonight going to see the same CDC that I go to, as she like me has decided she needs to do something drastic about her weight and is now at that fully motivated stage (good luck Sarah).
I feel you need to have your mind focused on the end results to succeed with this diet. It is very odd not eating, its like a chunk of my life has disappeared but just look at the results... tremendous and worth every minute of it! Each day I read on the forums about people cheating themselves by eating, this is a terrible shame and my thoughts go out to them as they feel terribly guilty afterwards. Come on guys & gals focus on what you want to achieve with this diet and it becomes a doddle. (and drink plenty of water)
My hard work begins when I reintroduce the food and cravings come back, not looking forward to that.
Off for a sparking water to toast 100 days with my wife, might even manage a CD bar with it, now that's pushing the boat out lol.

Bank Hol Monday Week 15
I have had a great weekend, albeit today I have not drunk enough water. Yesterday afternoon we cycled for about a 5 mile round trip in the glorious sunshine and stopped by Blockbuster Video shop. We borrowed "A night at the museum" a movie my little one wanted to watch. Well as a spur of the moment thing after watching it I jumped on the Internet, checked that the tubes were running a reasonable frequency as it was a Bank Hol weekend and decided to take the little one to the Natural History Museum in London. We had no plans for today and I love to be spontaneous. We drove to Upminster and jumped on the tube. After looking at the dinosaurs and volcanoes etc we headed off to the Science museum where trains / planes and spaceships fascinated him, He was not too keen on the 3d sharks in the Imax 3d cinema as they appeared right in front of your nose!
So my water intake has been hindered by the fact that I did not want to keep finding toilets in London. I have done 4 pints so far as I type so 6 should not be a problem for the day. We took with us a Tetra and a bar to keep us going and even without too much water I still never got to the stage of feeling hungry.
So back to work tomorrow as week 15 of this diet has got underway, My step daughter who is 15 has even said to me today that she thinks I am looking skinny! Which is great coming from a girl who is 5'10" tall and wears size 6/8 clothes and makes everyone look skinny!! She recently put her arms around me in the area of my belly, Well she touched hands and had loads of room between the two of us, before dieting if she put her arms around me she could not touch fingers!! That it such a difference.
I have dropped another jean size, I am now wearing size 40" which is some 16" smaller than my start size, how amazing is that!!
I have also pulled out of my wardrobe my smallest suit 44 chest, 40 waist. I have dusted it off and had it dry cleaned as I need to wear it next Friday for an event. I cannot quite do the jacket up but the trousers are fine and as a suit it looks OK, much better than the tent that I have just ditched to the "too big" pile

Saturday week 14 Photos Updated
Hi Everyone,
sorry I never posted an update yesterday,I have been busy!!
Well let me bring you up to date, Thursday was election day and I had my role as a presiding officer to run a polling station. Armed with 7 litres of water and a days worth of tetras and a bar. I really did not know what to expect in terms of hunger, I would be sat at my polling station for 15 hours + time either side to set up / down and complete paperwork. I am happy to report that I did not feel hungry at all I drank 7 litres of water and had several black teas. The day did drag on a bit as our turn out was abysmal and it was a pleasure to have someone walk in just to keep me awake! I normally would have consumed copious amount of snack food over the whole 15 hour period!!
I took the day off yesterday to turn the weekend into one big long one. Pity about the weather! So we spent the day shopping, nice without the kids lol! then yesterday evening we had some relatives come around who we have not seen in over a year and we had a nice evening chatting, whilst we served nice cakes, but we did not touch one ourselves, I even sent one of the cakes back with my mum as the kids would not eat date and walnut loaf and I did not want to waste it and there is no way me or my wife were going to eat it!!
This morning I have updated my latest photo on the top right of this blog, my shoulders are really taking shape however you can still see the wobbly jelly bit around my midriff!
Don't forget all my pictures to date can be seen in a slide show right at the bottom of this page.

Wednesday Week 14 Early Weigh Day
So tonight I have been for my 1 day early weigh in and wow wow wow I have lost another 6lb this week or 6 days even!
This now brings me to a Massive 7 Stone Lost in 14 Weeks!!! Oh My God, I am still practicing cartwheels, but Id be doing them if I could!
Well my current weight is now 18 stone 8lb which only leaves 8lb of my Birthday challenge weight left to shift, which also coincides with being just over half way through my journey. So 8lb to lose in the next 3 weeks! well I should hopefully smash that target well in advance of the end of May, Yippee. Next target 15 stone 3lb which puts me into the overweight category rather than obese, will be nice to lose that label. Still I am doing well considering I was off the chart when I started this diet beyond the end of my morbidly obese chart.
I have packed my bag for tomorrow, got my ballot box and ready to go, 7 litres of water and a bar and tetras... one long day ahead of me and a first for me not to be eating anything! Early night tonight daren't be late imagine the local paper headline if I did not open my polling station on time!!
I will update on Friday letting you know how I get on tomorrow then on Sunday I will post an updated photo, its my 100th day on this diet next Tuesday so I must get some fizzy water chilled ready to celebrate!!

Tuesday Week 14
Blimey where is the week going, 2 days gone already... I am going for my weigh in this week on Wednesday evening. That's 1 day earlier than usual so a lower loss than normal is to be expected. I have to go on Wednesday as Thursday is polling day / elections and I will be manning a polling station from just after 6 am through to close of poll at 10 pm when I have to take the ballot box to the counting centre, finishing about 11pm. I intend to take a 5 litre bottle of water a cranberry bar and Tetras kept cool in a little insulated lunch bag with ice packs.
Election day is always a long day and can be very drawn out if not busy, I have 1600 people on my register so hopefully they will keep me a bit busy. Election days in the past have consisted of a huge sports holdall full of snackage, pork pies, sandwiches, crisps, sweets you name it, if it can be eaten cold it would be in that bag and the day becomes one long grazing session, grabbing a bite between customers. It has also been known for us to order a pizza delivery to the polling station for a little light supper!!! or someones partner to arrive with fish and chips for all staff! Not this year CD food and water + a lot of will power! (I'll let you know on Friday how it went)
I have been asked by a lady at work how much more weight I intend losing, she can only work in Kilos so I converted my remainder, She said what 5 or 6 more No! 51 Kilos to go. she would not have it, you will be too small / waste away etc. She said she weighs 7 stone so I explained that I wish to lose in total the weight of 2 of her and she was in utter disbelief. Yes I still have a long way to go on my journey but I am feeling 100% committed and have no intention of straying, even if I do keep looking at the slimming world recipes, I am just looking for changing the kids now and for me after maintenance honest!
No exercise tonight, a short bike ride last night but that's it. I do have a day off on Friday and its a long Bank Hol weekend so maybe I will fit something in over the weekend.
I have drunk 5 litres of water and had all my meals today and I still feel great
I will be back to post again tomorrow after my 14th week weigh in results are known....
