- I am a 33yr old male, married with 3 children. As I start this blog I weigh in at 25 stone 8lbs (29 Jan 2007). I have decided enough is enough and am embarking on the Cambridge Diet. For those that do not know this involves living on only packet mixes and diet bars for the foreseeable future. Not to add the copious amounts of water that have to be drunk.
